03 · The tag flow
A doc becomes evidence.
This is the part a standalone tool can't do. Tag a page to up to 8 initiatives. Its title and text become a Signal, and Vernais does the reasoning for you. It correlates the page against each initiative's problem statement, classifies it as statement, solution, or noise, and files it already scored.

A related page can bump or spawn a Hypothesis. A page that proposes a fix surfaces as a solution card in Decide. Tag by button, or type /initiatives right in the editor and pick up to eight. Same result: your doc enters the pipeline, scored and classified, with a link back to the source.

04 · Live blocks
Live initiative blocks.
Drop a live initiative-dashboard block into any doc. It pulls the current state of an initiative straight from the pipeline (signal counts by category, phase status, source mix) and keeps it current. Not a screenshot. Not a stale paste. A block that reflects reality every time you open the page.
Put it at the top of your PRD. Add it to a weekly note. Now the document reads the work instead of describing it.
A doc that stays true
Your meeting summary, your status update, your spec: none of them drift. The live block updates as the initiative moves through Identify → Validate → Decide → Act → Measure.

Automatic meeting-transcript pages are built: a linked meeting finalizes into a summary page with a live initiative block. Full auto-invite of an initiative's owner to that meeting is on the roadmap; today Vernais surfaces the reporter, owner, and attendees for a manual add.
